What are your hours?
We offer a few different schedules, depending on our clients. Most work Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30! We do offer part time for the right candidates, which would be 3 days a week.

What is the pay like?
We offer different pay structures depending on someone's experience, education and how they present themselves during the interview process. We always offer paid training, and a set weekly amount with the opportunity to earn bonuses!

How big is the team?
We have offices all across the country, but here in NYC we have about 20 people working with our team. Our goal is to get to 50 so we can take on another client we have been dying to work with!

What is the environment like?
Our team environment is one of the things we are most proud of! We have co workers from over 10 countries around the world and love to spend time together outside of the office. We take turns setting up team activities which range from karaoke, to volley ball to sip n paint.

What is the biggest challenge?
Because we are looking for such rapid growth, typically the biggest challenge is taking on so many responsibilities so quickly. Every time someone learns something new, they start back at square one and back outside of their comfort zone

Is there career growth?
Yes! We only grow internally and only promote from within. All of our growth has come from people who started in an entry level role and through their performance, have got promoted and continued to grow with our company.
